I love the mid afternoons when my children have themselves played out, put all bickering aside and have settled into quiet time. I am so thankful for winter months to cozy in at home and recognize the beauty in each of my children in the still quiet moments I have with them.
It’s hard for me to believe it’s this little sweet face who keeps me up all night! I wish I could be like the dogs and sleep all day, but editing goes on!
My ‘fall photos to blog’ folder on my desktop, which at the moment holds 153 images, looks like it is now going to become a new years project! For now I will leave you with this image. Wishing each one of you rest and peace this Christmas season!

As the flowers wither, so do the clothes as they get passed down for the third time! No one would notice though if I didn’t say anything, because they would be to busy adoring those big brown eyes!
You know you have been taking photos a lot when the day you stay home with your boys they ask you to take them outside to take their photos! They were so co-operative, so of course I soaked up the opportunity! I just love these two little guys!.. they really are my super heroes!

…He got to spend some time cuddling with my mom, while I was busy photographing a beautiful wedding at the Mountain Gap Inn in Digby. Nothing like cuddles with Nanny! I am thankful my children are so blessed to have healthy, happy grandparents!
